We're looking for a commercially-minded Retail Merchandise Planner to join our Planning team on a 12-month contract, reporting directly to the Head of Planning.
This is a hands-on planning role supporting our Retail and Ecommerce business. You'll own a merchandise portfolio, partnering closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Retail Operations and Supply Chain to develop financial plans, optimise inventory and support in-season trading.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll play an important role in delivering strong commercial outcomes while contributing to the ongoing development of our planning capability.

You will:
Develop and manage seasonal financial plans and Open-to-Buy (OTB) aligned with sales, margin and inventory objectives.
Partner closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Retail Operations and Supply Chain to deliver commercially balanced assortments that maximise sales, margin and inventory productivity.
Develop category assortments through effective ranging, grading and quantification of seasonal buys, ensuring assortments align with customer demand, financial objectives and inventory productivity.
Develop and manage seasonal and in-season forecasts, including Core and Never Out of Stock (NOS) programs, responding to trade performance and changing business needs.
Support weekly and monthly trade reporting by identifying key risks, opportunities and performance insights to inform commercial decision-making.
Drive inventory productivity through effective allocation, replenishment and stock management.
Collaborate with the Wholesale Planning team to optimise inventory across the business, balancing stock availability and commercial priorities across Retail, eCommerce and Wholesale channels.
Develop promotional and markdown recommendations to optimise profitability while effectively managing inventory risk.
Prepare and present reporting, analysis and actionable insights to support business performance.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of planning processes, reporting and ways of working.
You have:
Previous experience in a Retail Merchandise Planning role.
Demonstrated experience developing financial plans, managing Open-to-Buy (OTB), forecasting, WSSI and optimising in-season trade performance.
Strong commercial and analytical capability.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with AP21 and Style Arcade is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A collaborative approach with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
