We are currently looking for two experienced and passionate Demi Chef de Parties to join us full time until December at Darwin Convention Centre!
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of exceptional catering services at the Darwin Convention Centre through the preparation of high-quality food products and a commitment to food safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
This will include tasks such as:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food products in line with established recipes and service standards.
- Support the delivery of conferences, exhibitions, banquets, and special events.
- Assist in leading and mentoring Catering Assistants and junior kitchen team members.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety.
- Manage food storage, stock rotation, and inventory practices to minimise waste and maintain quality.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and exceptional guest experiences through collaboration and professionalism.
A satisfactory National Police Records Check is required for this role.
