About the Role
Reporting to the Merchandise Planner, the Replenishment Planner will be responsible for ensuring the right stock is available in the right stores at the right time. Working closely with the retail partners Inventory team, internal Supply Chain and Account Managers, this role will manage inventory levels, analyse sales and stock trends, and support accurate forecasting to maximise product availability while minimising excess stock.
This is a highly analytical and collaborative role that acts as a key link between our retail partner’s inventory team and TTI’s commercial, product and supply chain functions. You will use data-driven insights to identify risks and opportunities, make actionable recommendations, and support improved inventory performance across a large product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage replenishment and inventory planning across a large product portfolio, ensuring optimal stock availability across stores and distribution channels.
- Analyse sales, inventory, replenishment forecast and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and recommendations that improve business performance.
- Monitor stock on hand, weeks cover, stock turns and service levels to support sales growth and availability objectives.
- Review forecasts and provide recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory outcomes and replenishment decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Bunnings Inventory team, Supply Chain, Account Management and other key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, system utilisation and retailer-supplier collaboration.

What You Bring
- Experience in replenishment, demand planning, inventory planning, forecasting or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into practical commercial recommendations.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capability, with experience working with inventory, forecasting or planning systems highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams and external retail partners.
- A proactive, curious and self-motivated approach, with the ability to investigate trends, solve problems and manage competing priorities.
- FMCG, retail, department store, hardware, consumer goods or home improvement experience will be highly regarded.
