Your New Role

As a Senior Investment Analyst within the Public Market Equities team, you'll help shape the construction and oversight of Australian and international equity portfolios. Working across listed equity portfolios, you'll play a key role in supporting investment strategy, enhancing portfolio outcomes and driving data-led investment insights.

Support portfolio construction, analytics and risk management across Australian and international listed equities portfolios.
Conduct quantitative research, performance evaluation and investment manager due diligence using advanced analytical techniques, risk models and optimisers.
Develop dashboards, reports and automated analytical solutions that improve investment research, monitoring and decision-making.
Partner with portfolio managers, investment teams and external advisers to support investment strategy and continuously enhance the investment process.

How do you exceed our expectations?

Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience with Python and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Innovative mindset with an interest in automation, AI-enabled workflows and data-driven investment processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with intellectual curiosity, commercial judgement and a collaborative approach.
Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related discipline, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar investment role.
Experience in portfolio construction, investment consulting or institutional investment environments.
You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
