We're looking for a Commercial Insights Analyst to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in transforming how commercial decisions are made across Australia and New Zealand.

As our Commercial Insights Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, analytics, automation and emerging technologies, helping PMX evolve into a more intelligent, insight-led organisation.
You'll partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Data Intelligence, Product and Client teams, delivering meaningful insights that drive revenue growth, optimise performance and strengthen decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing
Commercial Intelligence & Insights

Deliver actionable insights that influence commercial strategy, investment decisions and business growth

Analyse trends across products, revenue, vendor performance and digital investment

Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and commercial outcomes

Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
Reporting, Data & Automation

Own and enhance the PMX commercial reporting ecosystem across ANZ
-
Build and optimise dashboards using Power BI and other visualisation tools
-
Improve reporting processes through automation and scalable data solutions
-
Champion data quality, consistency and governance best practices
-
Develop AI-assisted reporting and analytical workflows that improve efficiency and insight generation
Innovation & AI

Explore and implement AI-powered approaches to commercial reporting, forecasting and analytics

Leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation

Challenge traditional processes and identify opportunities for smarter ways of working

Contribute to PMX's journey towards becoming a truly AI-enabled commercial organisation
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Data Intelligence, Product, GMS and agency teams

Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Build trusted relationships across the Publicis Groupe network

Support business leaders with strategic planning, forecasting and performance analysis
What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

Experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, media analytics, data engineering or a related field

Strong experience building, redesigning or improving reporting frameworks and dashboards

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools

Exposure to automation, AI tools, machine learning workflows or modern data solutions

The ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
