Ready to become the go-to expert for SAP master data at Coles Liquor?
In this specialist role, you'll own end-to-end master data management, ensuring product and master data is accurate, governed and fit for purpose. As the lead support resource for SAP master data, you'll partner with Commercial, Merchandise, Supply Chain and Technology to improve processes, resolve complex issues and support system enhancements.
You'll also be the trusted subject matter expert, guiding suppliers and stakeholders on best practice while driving continuous improvements in data quality, governance and SAP capability. This is an opportunity to build your profile and shape how master data is managed across Coles Liquor.

You'll ensure Coles Liquor's master data is accurate, reliable and supports business operations. Working across key business teams, you will:
Lead end-to-end master data management, ensuring data is accurately created, maintained and governed.- Support SAP integration activities, including testing, issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Provide expert advice on SAP master data, governance and best practice to suppliers and stakeholders.
- Analyse, reconcile and report on data to support operational and strategic outcomes.
- Investigate and resolve complex store, merchandise, supply chain and system-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvements that strengthen data quality, SAP capability and operational efficiency.
You're an experienced master data professional who enjoys improving processes, solving complex problems and building trusted relationships. You bring strong SAP knowledge, an end-to-end mindset and the confidence to influence stakeholders and drive best practice.
You may currently be working as a Master Data Specialist, Master Data Administrator, Master Data Analyst, Data Integrity Analyst or Data Governance Analyst.
Demonstrated experience with SAP and enterprise master data.- Strong process management skills with an end-to-end approach.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting SAP enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
