Acuiti is a software development and digital marketing company building custom software, AI-powered business systems, websites and marketing campaigns for clients throughout Australia.

We're looking for a proactive Executive Assistant & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our North Adelaide team. The role will commence on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position as the role grows.

Based in North Adelaide, we develop custom software, business systems, websites and digital marketing campaigns that help our clients grow. Our team enjoys solving interesting business problems, embracing new technology and continually improving the way we work.

Role Description

Reporting directly to the Director, this is a diverse role combining executive support, administration and digital marketing coordination.

You'll become the Director's right-hand person, helping keep the business organised while also coordinating many of our marketing activities.

One day you may be assisting with executive administration and client communication. The next, you could be scheduling social media content, preparing advertising reports, testing a website, helping launch a new marketing campaign or experimenting with the latest AI tools.

If you enjoy variety and like learning new things, you'll fit in well.

In this role, you'll:

Provide executive and administrative support to the Director
Liaise with clients and build strong professional relationships
Coordinate and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
Assist with creating engaging social media posts using Canva, AI tools and supplied media
Help coordinate Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports
Assist with website content updates
Work with our CRM and accounting systems
Test websites and software applications and provide practical feedback
Help improve internal systems, documentation and business processes

What you'll bring

Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding organisational skills
A genuine interest in digital marketing and social media
Experience using social media platforms for business or personal projects
Confidence using Canva or similar design software
An interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and how they can improve productivity
The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organised
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or social media scheduling platforms would be an advantage, but is not essential. We're happy to train someone who has enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine desire to build a career in digital marketing.

Employment

This position will commence on a part-time basis, with the intention of expanding into a full-time role as the business and responsibilities continue to grow.
