At Nido Early School, we’re looking for a
Family Coordinator who believes that the little things can make a big difference and join our
Family Engagement Team to support a cluster of services.
As a Family Coordinator, you’ll be a trusted partner to families and Early School's, creating a seamless journey from enquiry through to enrolment and beyond. You’ll combine your customer service expertise, organisation and commercial awareness to help families confidently choose Nido while supporting occupancy and enrolment outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, with four days working from home each week and one day spent visiting the Early Schools within your cluster. With this, it means you can be based near any of our Nido Early Schools.
The role
As a Family Coordinator, within our Family Engagement team you’ll be the trusted point of contact for families and an important partner to your Early School leadership teams
You’ll:
- Create a warm, seamless experience for families from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Manage family enquiries and communications across phone, email and digital channels.
- Support families with enrolment, fees, CCS and service availability.
- Manage waitlists and follow-up to support successful enrolments.
- Build strong relationships with families and Early School leaders.
- Use family insights and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the experience.
- Support occupancy and enrolment outcomes through effective enquiry management and conversion.
- Partner with Early Schools and Marketing on family engagement, community and lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer information and records across Nido’s systems

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and commercially curious, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for families.
You’ll bring:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for creating great customer experiences.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and communication channels.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in occupancy, enquiries and conversion.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence positive outcomes.
- Confidence using systems and technology, including CRM platforms. Experience with Line Leader and Xplor highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
- Experience in customer service, administration, relationship management or a similar environment.
- Experience in early childhood education or education administration is highly regarded.
You will also need a valid WWCC.
Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated National Child Safety Training via Geccko, or be willing to obtain this prior to employment.
