About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Generalist Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and help bring campaigns, events and digital experiences to life.

This is a hands-on role ideal for an early-career marketer looking to build practical experience across digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution and event delivery within the technology industry.

Working closely with our Marketing Managers, Sales teams and agency partners, you'll contribute to a wide range of initiatives while developing valuable skills in marketing automation, campaign management, creative design and event marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your marketing career while making a genuine impact within a fast-paced and collaborative business.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our Marketing Team, Sales Teams and agency partners, you will:

Build, test and execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including EDMs, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, event registrations and reporting dashboards.

Create engaging digital assets using Canva and other creative tools, including social media graphics, display advertisements, banners, email signatures, landing page imagery, short-form video content, and promotional materials.

Assist with social media content creation, scheduling and community engagement.

Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Maintain website content, including landing pages, news articles, blog posts, and calendar updates.

Manage promotional merchandise and marketing collateral.

Support the Events Manager with the coordination and delivery of events, webinars, and partner activities.

Liaise with external suppliers including web developers, agencies, designers, printers, and merchandise providers.

Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders on marketing activities and outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor's degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

1 – 3 years' experience in a similar role providing an understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement.

Strong Canva skills (or similar) and a keen eye for design, layout and brand consistency.

Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp or another marketing automation platform highly regarded.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

An interest in technology, cyber security, AI or the broader IT industry.
Highly motivated individual with a desire to succeed.
