About the Role
Heal Physiotherapy Services is expanding and we’re seeking an experienced, community‑focused Physiotherapist to join our team. You’ll support NDIS participants, older adults, and privately funded clients to move confidently, participate fully, and live life to its fullest.
This role is remote and community‑based. Work from your own home base and travel to see clients in their homes and other community settings. You choose your hours, your caseload, and the amount of work you wish to take on.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Provide person‑centred physiotherapy to NDIS, aged care, and private clients in Sydney.
· Complete functional assessments, mobility reviews, and evidence‑based therapy programs.
· Deliver therapy in real‑life environments (homes, community spaces, childcares).
· Support clients to improve strength, balance, mobility, participation, and independence.
· Maintain clear, professional documentation aligned with NDIS and aged care standards.
· Communicate effectively with families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For
· AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist with community, disability, or aged care experience.
· NDIS workers screen check (or in progress)
· Confident working independently, travelling to meet clients and discussing treatment management plans with clients and their families.
· Warm, person‑centred communicator with strong clinical reasoning.
· Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary allied health teams.
· Organised, reliable, and committed to high‑quality care.
· Holds ABN, professional indemnity insurance, Valid Australian License and reliable transport.
