Description:
MUJI Galeries is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a part-time Store Administrator (25 hours per week). The Store Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail establishment. As the Store Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that are essential to the efficient running of our store.

Responsibilities

Support cash management activities, such as preparing bank deposits, counting floats, investigating discrepancies and ordering banking stationary
Support the store management team with overseeing the operations of the registers
Support the store management team with various administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, reporting and auditing
Human resources and payroll related activities such as monitoring absenteeism, maintaining accurate timecards, and inputting schedules

Skills and Experiences:

Experience in a similar administration role within a retail store environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with Kronos is highly desirable
