MUJI Galeries is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a part-time Store Administrator (25 hours per week). The Store Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail establishment. As the Store Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that are essential to the efficient running of our store.
Responsibilities
- Support cash management activities, such as preparing bank deposits, counting floats, investigating discrepancies and ordering banking stationary
- Support the store management team with overseeing the operations of the registers
- Support the store management team with various administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, reporting and auditing
- Human resources and payroll related activities such as monitoring absenteeism, maintaining accurate timecards, and inputting schedules

Skills and Experiences:
- Experience in a similar administration role within a retail store environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with Kronos is highly desirable
