Full Job Description

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Developing, reviewing, interpreting, negotiating, and managing contracts on behalf of Mindful Team Cleaners Pty Ltd.

-Preparing, maintaining, and managing contract documentation, while responding to contract-related enquiries.

-Managing contract variations and work order amendments.

-Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, trades, and managers to ensure project deadlines and objectives are achieved.

-Ensuring all work complies with relevant plans, regulations, codes of practice, and contractual requirements.

-Supporting the Procurement Manager in implementing contract directives and company standards.

-Monitoring contract performance, identifying risks, and preparing contract reports.

-Ensuring compliance with contract specifications, company policies, and legislative requirements.

-Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

-Maintaining accurate contract records in both electronic and hard copy formats.

-Preparing sales and purchase agreements and negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders.

-Reviewing and updating existing contracts, explaining contract terms to relevant parties, and ensuring ongoing compliance.

Qualiﬁcations and Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong financial and administrative skills.
Good understanding of contract administration and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
