We are looking for a Project Administrator, GBPS Projects to join our GBPS Projects team in the Services business area. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of engineer-to-order (ETO) projects by providing project administration, coordination, reporting, and governance support throughout the project lifecycle.
You will report to Manager, Projects, and the role location is West Perth, with a hybrid working model available.

You will join the GBPS Projects team, which supports the delivery of ETO projects within a multi-company operating model. The team works closely with project managers and project stakeholders to help ensure projects are executed efficiently and in line with company processes and requirements.The team collaborates with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, supporting project administration, reporting, governance, procurement activities, and project controls.
What you'll do
Support Project Managers with day-to-day project administration activities, including project setup in SAP, sales order creation, forecasting updates, purchase requisitions, and invoicing activities.
Attend project handover meetings and provide administrative and coordination support where required.
Track project progress, milestones, key performance indicators, actions, and deliverables while maintaining project registers and reporting systems.
Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, expenditure tracking, budget monitoring, and cost reporting activities.
Coordinate communication between project team members and stakeholders and support travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements when required.
Support project governance processes, maintain accurate project records, and assist with audits, reviews, and compliance activities.
Work collaboratively with project administration colleagues to identify opportunities for alignment and process consistency.
Promote compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and company policy requirements.
What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar administrative support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
High attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining project documentation, records, and reporting information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience maintaining project documentation and supporting project reporting activities.
A certificate, diploma, equivalent qualification in Business Administration,
Project Administration, or a related discipline, or relevant industry experience in a similar role.
Nice to have
Experience supporting engineering, mining, construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, project lifecycle processes, project controls, procurement, and document control practices.
Experience using SharePoint, SAP, Power BI, or project management systems.
