About the Role

Are you a team player with a forklift licence and a passion for warehouse operations? We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our friendly and collaborative logistics team based in Welshpool, WA.

What You'll Be Doing

Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch
Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer
Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently
Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules
Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch
Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment

What You'll Bring to succeed

Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) - Essential
Previous experience in warehouse operations (ideally in building products or logistics)
Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard
Basic computer skills - foundational level preferred (in preparation for future WMS implementation)
Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindset
Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy
White Card (or willing to obtain)
