Monadelphous is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team on the CLA Wharf Roadway Project.
This role involves operating a Maeda LC1385M 6-tonne telescoping crawler crane to support construction activities while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Work pattern aligned as closely as possible to a 2:1 roster (one week days, one week nights, one week off)
Key responsibilities of the role include:

Operate a Maeda LC1385M telescoping crawler crane safely and efficiently
-
Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
-
Perform lifting operations in accordance with lift plans and site procedures
-
Work collaboratively with supervisors, riggers, doggers, and other site personnel
-
Ensure compliance with all site safety, environmental, and operational requirements
-
Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to crane operations
What you'll bring:

Current C2 Crane License (C6, C1, or CO license's are also accepted)

Previous experience operating crawler and/or mobile cranes on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects

Strong commitment to safe work practices and hazard identification

Ability to work both day and night shifts in a dynamic project environment

Effective communication and teamwork skills
