Join our Corporate Functions Team and help deliver exceptional service across a wide range of events and service styles, including courtside box catering, private suites, formal sit-down VIP events, cocktail parties and conferences. As part of our Hospitality Team, you may also support bars and concession outlets as a cashier or beverage attendant during events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In-depth knowledge of food and beverages products and services offered.
Providing friendly and efficient service.
Responding to guests’ questions about events, services and locations within the venue.
Set-up, service, pack-down and cleaning of catering areas.
Correct operation and cleaning of food and beverage equipment and areas

We are looking for professional, customer-focused individuals with experience in hospitality in a corporate setting. You should be committed to providing excellent customer service and possess a friendly, energetic, and hard-working attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in hospitality in a corporate setting
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to confidently carry three hot plates, present and pour wine, and carry a full tray of drinks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional demeanour under pressure
Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable
Ability to juggle tasks in a lively event setting
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Must be over 18 years of age

Successful applicants will require the following.

Food Handler Certificate
RSA Certificate
Current National Police Clearance
100-point ID check
