About us

We are an established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering nationally recognised vocational education programs across Building & Construction and trade sectors.

Our Building & Construction faculty delivers training from Certificate level through to Diploma qualifications, including programs in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Wall & Floor Tiling, Joinery, Bricklaying, Cabinet Making, Solid plastering and Building and Construction.

With campuses and workshop facilities across Sydney, we provide supportive learning environments focused on real workplace skills and student success.

Qualification & experience requirements

TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (mandatory).
Relevant qualification in related trade area.
Demonstrated current industry experience and industry currency within the Building & Construction sector.
Previous training and assessment experience within an RTO environment preferred but not essential.
Understanding of competency-based training and assessment practices.
Ability to manage classroom, workshop, and practical training environments.
Good communication, organisational, and student engagement skills.
Ability to complete assessment marking and trainer compliance documentation within required timeframes.
Current White Card preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities

Deliver face-to-face/online classroom and practical workshop training for Building & Construction courses.
Conduct training and assessment in accordance with training package and RTO requirements.
Mark assessments and provide student feedback within required timeframes.
Maintain accurate attendance records, assessment documentation, and trainer compliance records.
Support students throughout their learning journey.
Ensure safe workshop and classroom practices are followed at all times.
Prepare and deliver training materials, learning resources, and practical activities.
Participate in validation, moderation, and compliance-related activities when required.
Follow organisational policies, procedures, and academic requirements.
Communicate effectively with academic and administration teams regarding student progress and class operations.

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
