People who need legal help do not often get any. Law firms lose clients before they ever walk through the door. As the Account Executive at Settify, you'll directly help to change that.

Hybrid Sydney role, 2 days in office
Small impactful team transforming client intake in the legal industry

What you’ll do

This is a high-activity, results-driven AE role for someone who thrives on hitting targets and moving fast. You will be working a structured, warm portfolio of law firms across Australia, as well as pursuing cold leads engaging practice managers and principals to drive adoption of the Settify platform across our partner network and the legal industry. This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue and works closely with customer success and partners.

The inbound pipeline is warm and the product is proven. You will be reaching out to firms that are well-positioned to benefit from Settify, so the focus is on moving quickly, making a strong first impression, and turning conversations into activations. Clear targets, visible results, and strong earnings for strong performance

To make this happen you will

Drive high-volume outbound engagement across a managed portfolio of law firms, with a focus on activating firms quickly and efficiently
Own your numbers. You will be accountable to a monthly activation target and expected to hit it consistently
Build rapport fast with practice managers, principals, and fee earners, moving conversations from introduction to onboarding in as few touchpoints as possible
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce so you always know where every firm stands and what needs to happen next
Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure newly active firms get a strong start and stay engaged
Feed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams, your conversations are a direct line to what firms care about

What you’ll bring

3+ years in a sales, account management, or business development role in SaaS
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a metrics-driven environment
Highly organised with the ability to manage a large portfolio
Comfortable in Salesforce or a similar CRM and disciplined about keeping it accurate
