In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team shaping the future workforce through innovative Early Careers strategies and talent pipeline programs.
This role will see you define and evolve our Early Careers approach, ensuring programs are aligned to future capability needs across AI, digital and other critical skill areas. You'll partner across the business to align talent intake with workforce demand and embed enterprise-wide standards that strengthen talent outcomes.
You will lead strategic talent initiatives and build future-ready pipelines in a fast-paced environment focused on capability, growth and innovation.

About you
Your experience in Early Careers, talent acquisition, workforce planning or talent management will see you excel at designing impactful programs, influencing stakeholders and solving complex workforce challenges.
You're recognised as a strategic thinker and trusted partner, skilled at translating insights into action and delivering results. Experienced in building talent pipelines and shaping emerging talent programs, you bring a strong understanding of future skills, workforce demand and continuous improvement.
