Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive *Creative Account Manager* to manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple creative projects. This role is central to ensuring projects run smoothly from quotation through to delivery, acting as the key link between clients, suppliers, designers, and internal teams.
You will be responsible for tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
This role reports directly to the Client Services Director.
Location
* Primary location: Brookvale office
* Occasional work from: North Sydney office
* Some external meetings and site visits required
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
* Manage multiple projects concurrently from briefing to completion
* Prepare and issue project quotes in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Track project status and proactively identify risks or delays
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Client & Supplier Communication
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers
* Provide clear, timely project updates and responses to enquiries
* Communicate briefs, changes, and approvals effectively
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Internal Team Liaison
* Work closely with designers, production teams, and creative staff
* Ensure briefs, timelines, and expectations are clearly understood
* Support creative teams by removing obstacles and managing workflow
* Facilitate collaboration across departments
Planning & Organisation
* Prioritise tasks across multiple projects and deadlines
* Maintain project schedules and task lists
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
* Support resourcing and workload planning
Administration & Reporting
* Prepare project status reports for management
* Track approvals, variations, and amendments
* Assist with invoicing support and documentation where required
* Ensure compliance with internal processes
Key Requirements
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience in project management within a creative, marketing, design, or production environment
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence working with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Strong proficiency with project management and office software tools
