What to Expect
Open to Full-Time OR Part-Time (minimum 18 hours per week) employment.
The Cadet Tesla Advisor is an entry-level, customer-facing role focused on supporting Tesla activations, events, and showroom activity. As a Cadet, you will spend the majority of your time engaging with the public — capturing leads, booking and conducting test drives, and helping create a strong first impression of the Tesla brand at events and in-store.
Your main focus will be on-the-ground customer engagement: talking to visitors, generating interest, collecting contact details, scheduling test drives, and taking customers out on the road. You will also support delivery days and other customer-facing moments as needed. You will not own a sales or delivery pipeline at this stage. Instead, this role is about learning the business, building strong customer service skills, and supporting the Tesla Advisor team at activations, events, and the showroom.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about Tesla’s mission and the future of personal transportation.
