Full Time Role (38 hours a week)
About the Role
We are seeking an organised Contract Administrator to manage our client agreements. You will support both our sales and maintenance divisions. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, reviewing, amending and negotiating contracts for elevator sales
- Varying contracts
- Managing queries and concerns in relation to contracts and implications
- Assisting with the mobilisation and administration of new and existing contracts
- Undertaking all paperwork regarding contracts
- Updating contract terms with clauses as and when new issues arise to protect the company for future problems
- Interpret contract terms, deliverables, timeframes and obligations to support accurate administration and timely follow-up of matters
- Ensure all contract information is accurately recorded in our CMS
- Coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to support project delivery outcomes
Skills and Experience Required
- Relevant qualification at Diploma level or higher
- Relevant experience in contract administration or other relevant experience. Experience in the Lift industry is desirable however not required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within project deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with management, contractors, consultants and suppliers
- Strong ability to manage tasks independently, work effectively under pressure in a project-based environment and exhibit strong contract administration and documentation skills.
Pay: $79,500.00 – $85,000.00 per year
