The Implementation & Activation Coordinator is a critical foundational role, establishing operational excellence and responsible for supporting day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimization, and reporting. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service, and deliver against targets.

You will support the tactical campaign execution, developing a deep understanding of media channels while ensuring all administrative, booking, and financial compliance tasks are executed with pristine accuracy. Your success will be measured by your operational efficiency, curiosity to learn the media landscape, and your dedication to supporting the wider client leadership team.

Core Responsibilities

Understand Client Objectives: Establish a foundational understanding of client challenges, objectives, and tactical marketing initiatives.
Nurture Client Partnerships: Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service, beginning to develop professional relationships with client contacts at a junior level.
Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the booking, loading, optimizing, material instruction, and tracking of client media campaigns, applying immaculate attention to detail in line with marketplace best practices.
Learn the Media Landscape: Engage actively with our external media partners to build your knowledge of the media ecosystem, core media planning principles, and channel capabilities.
Explore Proprietary Tools: Engage with internal specialist divisions and WPP Media proprietary solution teams to understand their offerings and how they drive client growth.
Contribute Creative Ideas: Bring fresh perspective, innovation, and creativity to the planning table, leveraging observations and insights from across the media market.
Develop Post-Campaign Reports: Support the creation of insightful, progressive post-analysis reports that accurately highlight campaign achievements and optimization learnings.
Maintain Financial Accuracy: Ensure all internal financial and compliance processes are executed with 100% accuracy, taking responsibility for bookings, loadings, resolving account queries, and conducting monthly proforma checks.
Collaborate Internally: Openly communicate with internal stakeholders on campaign delivery and reporting, while positively contributing to team meetings and owning follow-up actions.
