Job Overview:
Coordinate, align & deliver an annual plan, that unlocks mutual growth with the Independents & Global Customers (Aldi/Costco) channels, including range, space & activation as the Category Manager.
Develop & implement a mutually beneficial, initiative based, annual business agenda for PepsiCo & the key Independents customers, Aldi & Costco – addressing aligned, priority focus areas for category growth.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of PepsiCo’s Category Strategy for the Independents and Global Customers channels, leveraging category insights, growth drivers, and demand spaces.
Lead category vision, insights, activation, and innovation workshops with key customers and stakeholders.
Enable field team success through category insights, capability building, commercial calendar execution, and innovation launches.
Partner with Marketing to provide category insights, ranging recommendations, volume forecasts, and customer sell-in materials for key brands within the PepsiCo portfolio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.
