About the Role
As an Internal Account Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting and servicing a portfolio of commercial and Corporate insurance clients while working closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives. You'll gain exposure to a diverse client base and develop your technical insurance knowledge while contributing to client retention, growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients

Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration

Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders

Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio

Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications

Support credit management and maintain accurate client records

Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements

Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction
About You

You'll bring:

Experience within insurance, financial services or a client facing environment

Tier 1 Insurance qualification (or willingness to obtain)
