PURPOSE
Reporting to the Executive Manager Service Delivery, you will provide leadership across clinical services and supported accommodation. You will oversee clinical governance, medication management, accommodation operations, staff leadership, quality improvement, compliance and client outcomes while ensuring services meet NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements.
- To monitor clinical practices ensuring compliance with practice standards, policies and
procedures.
- To oversee support of complex needs clients ensuring staff are supported in line with their
individual needs.
- To complete intake and develop care plan for complex needs clients.
- To perform clinical work as required to meet needs.
- Undertake medication audits, assessment and training to ensure best practice is maintained.
Key Responsibilities - Clinical Leadership

Lead clinical governance across disability services.
- Complete client assessments and develop care plans.
- Oversee medication management, audits and compliance.
- Support clients with complex health needs.
- Provide clinical mentoring and education.
- Monitor documentation, risk management and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities - Accommodation & Service Management

Complete client assessments and develop care plans.
- Oversee supported accommodation operations.
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Manage client admissions, compatibility and placements.
- Conduct house inspections and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure support plans and tenancy documentation remain current.
- Participate in the on-call roster.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead coach and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Support performance management and staff development.
- Build relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with allied health professionals and Support Coordinators.
- Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
About You
-
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Leadership experience in disability, community or health services.
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and clinical governance.
- Experience with medication management and complex care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Working With Children Check.
