We have an exciting opportunity for a Segment Leader – Heavy Industries ( Mining, Minerals, Metals & Oil & Gas) to lead the growth and development of one of our key market segments across the Pacific Zone. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing leadership role where you'll shape market direction, strengthen executive relationships, and bring together teams across sales, marketing, services and business units to deliver sustainable business growth.
Location: Perth preferred, with flexibility to consider candidates located in Queensland, South Australia, Melbourne or Sydney.
What you'll be doing
As the Segment Leader, you'll be responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy and performance of the segment by:

Leading sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market share across all Schneider Electric business lines.

Developing and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.

Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and strategic customers, positioning Schneider Electric as their partner of choice.

Identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic accounts and accelerating long-term growth.

Driving collaboration across sales, marketing, services and partner ecosystems to deliver integrated customer solutions.

Monitoring pipeline performance, forecasting opportunities and ensuring strong CRM discipline.

Acting as a market thought leader, promoting Schneider Electric's digital, software, services and sustainability solutions.

Coaching and enabling sales teams to build capability, strengthen customer engagement and deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

Contributing to strategic planning, business development initiatives and annual sales and marketing plans.

About you
You're an experienced commercial leader with deep knowledge of Mining, Minerals, Metals & Oil & Gas industry. Who enjoys influencing without boundaries, building executive relationships and delivering growth through collaboration.
You'll also bring:

Extensive experience leading commercial growth, strategic account management or business development within a complex B2B environment.

Strong understanding of solution selling across technology, energy, infrastructure, automation, industrial or commercial markets.

Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

Experience developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver measurable business growth.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, pipeline and business performance.

A degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline is highly regarded.
