Our seating is used everywhere across the nation in everything from large or small corporate offices and CEO boardrooms to training and conference facilities, retail outlet mass seating areas and even healthcare facilities.
Strong demand means we’re looking for our next energetic, highly organised individual to join our sales team.
What’s on offer
You’ll join a transparent, energetic workplace where people are passionate about what they do and feel included, respected and supported.
We check in monthly to understand employee happiness and keep improving the way we work together. And we honour team members who embody our core values with “Time to Shine” awards.
In addition, you will get to work with a very talented group in some very cool office digs. If you're happy to roll up your sleeves and work as part of a dynamic and evolving company, you'll find yourself tremendously well rewarded.
Description:
About the role
This is a sales role. You will lead web and phone discovery sessions leveraging your knowledge of commercial seating spaces to showcase our industry-leading commercial seating solutions to potential specifiers and buyers, such as architects, designers, procurement specialists and commercial space outfitters.
Sales opportunities will be researched and given to you daily. Our promotional team uses project feeds and lead-generation campaigns to continuously generate prospects for you to speak with.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Lead discovery sessions over the phone or web that demonstrate how our seating solutions add value. Often this includes helping prospects scope requirements and indicative budget pricing for the project at hand.
Manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to close and follow up outstanding bids and orders.
Keep our CRM up-to-date with your call results to assist opportunity management and reporting.
Regularly update the management team on the performance of the overall sales function as well as the status of discrete opportunities.
Skills and Experiences:
Skills and experience needed
Because the role is office-based, if you don’t like talking on the phone, this isn’t the position for you.
Enthusiastically articulating the benefits of our seating solutions will quickly become second nature. A love of architectural design is preferred. Previous experience selling in a related industry (i.e. commercial furniture sales) or in specification sales will be very helpful.
Three years or more B2B selling experience is preferred. We will provide full training and ongoing support.
