- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and joint sales calls with supplier partners.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
Sales & Branch Leadership: Maintain a visible and active presence within the Fyshwick branch when not attending customer meetings or site visits. Support walk-in customers, assist with product enquiries and demonstrations, collaborate with the internal sales team on opportunities, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members to strengthen customer engagement and sales outcomes.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal sales, product management, supplier partners and support teams while maintaining accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking and reporting.
