The Opportunity
Intravision is looking for a capable and organised Finance Operations Assistant to support our growing business. Working with the Financial Controller and operational teams, you will help keep our day-to-day finance processes accurate, complete and moving on time.
This role may suit an experienced accounts assistant, finance graduate, university student or someone seeking flexible part-time hours.
What You Will Do

Process supplier invoices and customer billing
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile supplier statements, bank transactions and accounts
- Match invoices, purchase orders and project records
- Maintain accurate information in Simpro and Xero
- Follow up missing approvals, documentation and account queries
- Assist with project claims, payroll preparation, reporting and month-end tasks
- Communicate with project teams, customers and suppliers
What We Are Looking For

Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication
- Strong organisation and follow-through
- Comfort working with numbers, systems and repetitive transactions
- Confidence identifying errors and following up discrepancies
- Experience with Simpro is desirable but not essential.
