The Opportunity: Reporting to the Business Systems & Improvements Manager, purpose of the role is to own the pre-delivery lifecycle phases of ICT projects/initiatives to ensure they are clearly defined, evaluated and progressed to a decision-ready state/viable solutions enabling informed investment decisions and seamless transition into delivery and execution.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
In addition, as an ICT Solutions Delivery Analyst you will:
- Engage internal stakeholders, business stakeholders and vendors to elicit, analyse and document requirements, and to develop, validate and refine solution options and approaches, ensuring clarity of scope, outcomes, success criteria and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
- Support and facilitate solution selection by ensuring requirements, scope, delivery approach and inputs are sufficiently defined for execution.
- Work with Architects to assess and recommend solution options by evaluating business fit, cost, risk, architecture alignment and delivery feasibility.
- Manage transition of approved demand into a structured backlog that are ready for solutioning and delivery
- Enable seamless handover to Project Managers by preparing complete solution artefacts and providing clear briefings for delivery execution.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
About You:
- Qualifications: University degree
- General experience: Minimum 5 years
- Experience in business analysis, solution analysis, or project delivery within ICT environments.
- Experience in assessing solution options and supporting technology selection
- Understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, particularly pre-delivery (identify, assess, select).
- Ability to work across business, architecture and delivery teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Strong analytical, communication and facilitation skills.
- Desirable:
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of contract evaluation or SOW development and oil & gas industry.
