Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner ( Fixed term contract)

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Australia talent acquisition team on fixed term contract.

This role is a highly visible end-to-end recruitment delivery for the SAP Service Line across Australia, supporting high-volume and niche hiring across key SAP modules and transformation programs.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned IT recruiter with strong SAP domain knowledge, experience working in IT or consulting environments, and a proven track record of delivering volume-based hiring while managing complex stakeholder ecosystems.

You will act as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with senior leaders across the SAP business to define workforce plans, execute hiring strategies, and secure top talent in a highly competitive market.

You will operate as a strategic talent advisor at the executive level, owning the full recruitment lifecycle—from market mapping and talent strategy through offer close in fast phased environment —while helping shape the growth of SAP Service line within Capgemini.

Your Impact

Own full-cycle recruitment across the SAP practice, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Deliver high-volume hiring outcomes across SAP capability areas
Partner with senior stakeholders to define workforce strategy, hiring forecasts, and priority skill gaps
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market intelligence within ANZ SAP talent pools
Provide insights on the Australian SAP talent market, including compensation trends, availability, and demand-supply dynamics
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints, reflecting Capgemini’s employer brand
Manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced consulting environment, balancing both urgency and quality
Prior experience leveraging SAP SuccessFactors (ATS) to manage pipelines, track metrics, and drive data-informed recruitment decisions
Ensure compliance with Australian employment frameworks, including Modern Awards and hiring regulations
Collaborate with internal HR, workforce planning, and leadership teams to support strategic hiring initiatives and transformation programs
Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience in internal Talent Acquisition within IT / Technology / Consulting environments
Strong expertise hiring across SAP technologies and functional modules, with a solid understanding of SAP ecosystems
Proven ability to deliver volume-based consulting hiring, while managing niche and specialized roles
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms, with a data-driven approach
Deep understanding of the Australian talent market, particularly within SAP and enterprise technology domains
Good knowledge of modern awards, employment regulations, and compliance requirements in Australia
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and hiring managers
Experience in market mapping, talent pipelining, and proactive sourcing strategies
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering impact and driving business outcomes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Australian citizens or PR holder will be preferred with 2-4 weeks’ notice.
