The purpose of the Desktop engineer role is to provide onsite and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
Responsibilities
You'll be working within a varied, complex role with one of Capgemini's valued customers in a travel role through regional WA and metro areas, when not travelling through the regions, you will be in the main office is in Perth (Leederville) Western Australia, working with an accomplished team in a collaborative atmosphere.
You will provide onsite, kiosk and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.
There is travel required for this role. Would you be willing to travel one week in Perth and one week travelling to regional areas.
