The role

Are you a visionary leader ready to take the reins at one of NSW's top-performing shopping centres?

We are seeking a dynamic Centre General Manager to lead the celebrated Macquarie Centre – Where it all begins!

As the Centre General Manager, you will be responsible for steering the Macquarie team to new heights. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning a high-performing asset team and key stakeholders to deliver a world-class customer experience, drive sustained sales growth and maximise returns for shareholders.

What you will be doing

Providing strategic direction and leadership to the centre team.
Maintaining and elevating Macquarie’s standing as a top-performing shopping destination.
Driving exceptional retail and customer experience outcomes as well as financial and commercial performance.
Overseeing operational excellence and tenant relationships and contributing to leasing strategies and marketing initiatives.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximise customer visitation, tenant performance, and asset value.
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a diverse team to deliver on key performance objectives.
