Core hours between 5am-10pm Mon through Fri, 7am-9pm weekends

What you’ll do :
As our Ecommerce Fraud Officer you will verify potential fraudulent online orders for all Woolworths Group’s brands and minimise financial losses. Performing Fraud review for ecommerce customer orders through various web tools and applications.
Liaise with ecommerce customers regarding order queries (inbound and outbound calls/emails).
Authorise referred orders for fulfilment, rejection or further investigation.
Identify and take action on fraudulent orders through link analysis.
Report to management any identified trends that pose a risk of financial loss to the group.
Identify or take action on ecommerce customers breaching trade practices.
Action chargeback notifications from banks into our fraud engine.
Liaise with stores on matters pertaining to online fraud both current and historic.
Engage with other risk functions to prevent financial losses and/or investigate instances of fraud.
Liaise with local Police or Federal authorities where needed regarding active fraudulent orders for collection.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes or improve our fraud prevention capability.
Meet & exceed individual and team KPI’s.
What you’ll bring :
You are able to work with multiple web based systems with ease. Ability to grasp subject matter (legislation, guidelines, codes, business rules/standards/processes) and apply it to business activities.
1+ years experience in E-Commerce Fraud/Fraud Investigation
Availability to work 2 weekends per month
Knowledge and understanding of Security and PCI legislation, Australian Standards, Code of Practice and Industry Practices
Sound investigation and case management experience within large complex business environments
Sound data analysis skills and the ability to develop reports and metrics that identify emerging trends and risks.
Strong CNP (card not present) risk experience in E-Commerce environments.
Time management and priority setting.
Experience with Kount, Cybersource, Accertify, or other fraud mitigation tools is desirable.
Previous experience in the banking sector.
