Pay: Above award rates, based on experienceAbout REVOLVEREVOLVE is a growing construction business delivering high-quality residential building and renovation projects across Brisbane.We're looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, professionalism and a positive attitude.For the right person, there may be an opportunity to progress into a Carpentry Apprenticeship in the future.The RoleYou'll work alongside experienced carpenters and tradespeople, helping keep projects moving efficiently and safely.Duties may include:

Assisting carpenters and trades on site
Site set-up and clean-up
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Basic demolition work
Operating hand and power tools
Material collection and deliveries
Maintaining a safe and organised worksite
General labouring and construction support

What We're Looking ForEssential

White Card
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Commitment to safe work practices

Desirable

Previous labouring or construction experience
Experience working alongside carpenters or builders
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Truck licence
Interest in building a long-term career in construction
