Prestige Tiling and Design is looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Tiler or Tiling Apprentice to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is genuinely interested in building a long-term career in tiling. You will work alongside experienced tilers and gain practical experience across a variety of quality projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will assist with:
- Floor and wall tiling
- Preparing surfaces and work areas
- Measuring, cutting and laying tiles under supervision
- Mixing and handling tiling materials
- Loading and unloading tools and materials
- Keeping tools and job sites clean and organised
- Following workplace health and safety requirements
- Learning professional installation and finishing techniques
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Has a genuine interest in the tiling trade
- Can follow instructions and work well within a team
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Is physically capable of completing hands-on trade work
- Communicates respectfully with clients and team members
- Holds or is willing to obtain a White Card
- Has valid Australian working rights
- Must have their own reliable transport and be able to travel to different job sites
Previous tiling or construction experience is helpful but not essential. School leavers, junior applicants and candidates who have already commenced a tiling apprenticeship are encouraged to apply.
