About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Infrastructure Program Manager, you will support the delivery of capital infrastructure and engineering projects across ASC's South Australian sites.

Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you'll coordinate project activities, contractors, stakeholders, and documentation to help deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality infrastructure outcomes that support one of Australia's most significant defence programs.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of capital infrastructure and engineering projects from planning through to completion.
Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
Coordinate site access, inductions and contractor compliance in line with safety and operational requirements.
Assist with project planning, scoping, scheduling and risk management activities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, financial records, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
Monitor project status and provide regular project progress reports in support of project controls activities.
Contribute to project commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, safety and operational efficiency.

About you

You are organised, proactive and safety-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience coordinating or supporting project delivery in infrastructure, facilities, engineering or construction environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exposure to contractor management, procurement or project administration.
A sound understanding of WHS and contractor safety requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project (or similar scheduling tools).
Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.

Defence or other highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded.

Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
