What this opportunity involves:
Join our collaborative Property Management team in Sydney's CBD where you'll play an active role in supporting quality service delivery across commercial property portfolios. Your primary focus will be managing lease administration, property expenditure tracking, and essential administrative tasks that keep our properties running smoothly. An overview of the role:
Manage comprehensive commercial property administration including lease administration, invoice processing, arrears management, critical date tracking, and document filing
Raise Purchase Orders, code and process supplier and creditor tax invoices, and ensure timely completion and payment
Set up and maintain contracts within the MRI system to support efficient property operations
Assist with production of tenant tax invoices and reconciliations across the portfolio using JLL's CALA lease administration platform
Enter sundry charges promptly to support monthly rent collection processes and maintain accurate financial records
Support the preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and financial reporting materials
Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears while maintaining positive tenant relationships
Liaise professionally with contractors, tenants, and property owners to address inquiries and coordinate activities
Support site teams with sustainability programs, tenant engagement activities, events, and innovative property initiatives

Certificate of Registration (as required by NSW legislation)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and data management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
High attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and financial tasks
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Capacity to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
Preferred qualifications:
Property Economics degree or relevant undergraduate qualification
Previous experience or knowledge in accounting or lease administration
Familiarity with MRI and Prism property management software systems
Understanding of commercial property management principles and practices
Experience working in a fast-paced property or professional services environment
