Full Job Description

Boody is looking for a new Graphic Designer!

As a Boody Graphic Designer, you'll create work that both looks goods, and drives results. Working across digital and print channels, you'll bring the brand to life through compelling creative that captures attention, builds connection, and moves customers to act. Partnering closely with Brand and Digital, you will produce high-converting creative across paid, organic and retail channels, with a sharp focus on performance metrics like CTR, ROAS and engagement. You treat every asset as an experiment, implementing those learnings back into the next iteration.

You combine creativity with data-driven thinking, using customer insights and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve results. Every asset is an opportunity to test, learn, and refine. This role is for a designer who cares as much about impact as aesthetics - motivated by creating beautiful work that strengthens the brand, engages customers, and contributes to business growth.

What is this role all about?

Design static and animated creatives for paid advertising campaigns across platforms - always designing with an awareness of best practice specific to the platform and channel
Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and optimisation with a clear hypothesis on what you are testing, and why learning the outcome matters for future design.
Analyse creative performance data and implement design improvements based on conversion metrics, confidently representing your designs and your thinking in key trade and creative meetings.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform requirements, and creative best practices, confidently layering in an understanding on differences between regions.
Create visually engaging and cohesive designs that align with Boody’s brand identity and tone of voice.
Collaborate with the Creative and Design, Social, Brand and Digital Marketing functions to develop assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
Execute briefs from the Wholesale Team to drive varied initiatives feeding into execution of the Wholesale strategy.
Carry out a range of general photoshop and retouching of imagery.
Design print materials, including packaging, brochures, and in-store marketing collateral.
Assist in creating assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual touchpoints.
Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Support the Marketing and eCommerce teams with design needs and asset creation both on a planned and ad hoc basis.
Support the creative lead with photoshoots (planning, pre-production and post-production)
Carry out ad hoc and ongoing general administrative tasks to support the Creative and Design team resources.

We’re looking for:

4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
Skilled in Adobe CC, Photoshop, Imagery Retouching, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva and Sketch
Knowledge of digital advertising formats, specifications, and platform best practices.
Ability to interpret campaign data and optimise creative performance
Skilled Motion Design is also desirable
Experience with web and digital design (social media, email marketing, web banners).
Experience creating assets for print and packaging
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices is a plus.
Attention to detail and an eye for clean, elevated design that resonates with our brand.
Ability to work to tight deadlines, collaborate well with others, and manage time effectively.
