Graphic Designer | Part Time

As our Graphic Designer at Hutcheon & Pearce, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital and print channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing team of six to produce engaging, on‑brand creative that supports campaigns, events, internal communications, and customer engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys collaborating with a supportive team, and is looking for part‑time work of 24 hours per week — with the freedom to structure those hours in a way that suits your life, whether that’s three full days, four school‑hour days, or another combination that totals 24 hours.
What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience and design requirements.
- Create visually appealing designs for various channels including print, digital, social media, websites, and point-of-sale to a high standard.
- Develop engaging visual content, including infographics, illustrations, icons, basic animations, and other graphical assets.
- Make simple edits, add graphics, and animations for video content.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate brand guidelines and brand templates
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and brand identity across the company particularly external facing materials.
- Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to design projects.
- Provide marketing support to the team as needed, collaborating on projects and initiatives
What You’ll Bring

Degree / Diploma in marketing, graphic design, or marketing preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- 2+ years’ experience in graphic design.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with an Impeccable attention to detail.
- Video editing and motion graphics skills (preferred)
