About the opportunity
Do you enjoy helping people access clear, accurate and easy-to-follow information that makes their work simpler and more effective?
We are looking for a Process Management Officer to support the creation, maintenance and governance of NSW SES's processes for staff and volunteers.
In this role, you will work closely with Process Owners, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure processes are documented, maintained, reviewed and published in line with established standards. You will provide quality assurance, governance support, reporting and advice, while helping staff and volunteers effectively use process management tools, standards and practices.
You will play an important role in supporting organisational consistency, process maturity and continuous improvement across NSW SES.

About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- have experience supporting process management, governance, quality assurance or continuous improvement activities;
- be able to translate complex information into clear, practical and user-friendly process documentation;
- be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy;
- be a collaborative and proactive team player, who takes initiative to solve problems;
- be confident collaborating with diverse stakeholders to gather information, provide guidance and support the consistent application of process standards;
- have experience using digital tools and systems to document, manage and improve business processes;
- be passionate about creating clear, accessible and member-focused information that helps people work effectively.
