HUGO BOSS are seeking a skilled, fashion forward and passionate Part Time Sales Consultant to join us at our Murray Street location.

In this role, you will drive sales by creating inspiring shopping experiences, using your fitting and styling expertise to help our clients look and feel their best. You will deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint and work closely with your team to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day store operations. Please note, this role will require availability on the weekends.

What you can expect:

Driving sales and providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our clients
Collaborating with your team in the day to day operations
Demonstrating a customer centric mindset to ensure customer’s expectations are surpassed at every opportunity
Building a steady clientele of repeat shoppers through relationship building and CRM data gathering
Supporting in all merchandise related processes, including stock management and loss prevention
Maximizing every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets and KPI’s

Your profile:

Prior customer service experience
Fashion apparel background is advantageous
A genuine love of fashion and well versed styling expertise
Experience working in a team to achieve business goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
