From small everyday moments to larger-scale changes unique to a business like ours, as a Retail Leader, you’ll really see the difference your work makes every day. Whether you’re in a store, distribution centre, manufacturing site, or on the road, you’re an important part of an Aussie icon at the heart of the nation.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager within our Retail Ready Operations (RROA) team, you'll play a key role in delivering capital and engineering projects that support the site's operational, safety and strategic objectives.
From developing project scopes and business cases through to managing installation, commissioning and post-implementation reviews, you'll lead projects that improve productivity, efficiency, quality and reliability across our automated manufacturing facility. Working closely with Operations, Technical, Supply Chain, Engineering teams and external vendors, you'll coordinate contractors and equipment suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
You'll build strong supplier relationships, manage project deliverables and support the successful installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems while driving continuous improvement across the site.
If you're passionate about engineering, enjoy solving complex problems and want to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment, we'd love to hear from you.
