About the Opportunity

This is a newly created role, which means you get to help build and shape the position. As Beneco's Talent Partner, you'll work closely with the Leader of People, Culture & Strategy to make Beneco the best place to work in the healthcare industry.

You'll be at the heart of everything talent-related: owning end-to-end recruitment, delivering standout candidate experiences, supporting onboarding, and contributing to broader P&C initiatives that make a real difference to our people and clients alike.

Your Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and managing candidates in a fair, inclusive, and values-aligned way
Partner with leaders to fill vacancies proactively and anticipate workforce needs through smart planning
Partner with external recruitment partners when necessary
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
Support the induction of new starters, setting them up for success from day one
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs and build strong internal relationships

About You

You're an experienced talent professional who brings energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for people. You might currently be agency-side and ready to go in-house, or already in a P&C team and looking for more ownership. Either way, you also bring:

Experience within healthcare, WHS or Rehab as a Talent Partner
A growth mindset and a track record of delivering great hiring outcomes through meaningful candidate and stakeholder interactions
Hands-on experience with HR or ATS platforms, experience with Employment Hero is a bonus
Strong interpersonal skills: you can engage, influence, and collaborate across all levels
A proactive, approachable style, you seek feedback, give it well, and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo when there's a better way
Resilience and professionalism, you balance competing priorities without losing your positive outlook
