Your gig
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you’ll provide the very best administrative support to the People team and ensure the active central office runs seamlessly. This gig is a 6 month, part time gig for approximately 20 hours per week.

In a nutshell:

Triage the People Inbox and respond to all emails
Organise weekly and monthly internal newsletters
Post job ads across internal and external platforms using Dayforce
Draft letters, contracts, manage new starter requirements and process terminations
Manage the administration of the reward and recognition program
Coordinate and process payroll administration
Act as office first point of contact in fielding inquiries and escalating urgent matters
Maintain the presentation of the office, manage meeting room bookings, catering, stationery, travel and accommodation
Organise events such as central team events, end of year parties and the annual awards night

You have +2 years’ of administration or aligned experience. You’re used to handling really sensitive info and you’re super organised. You immerse yourself into the detail and are known for being meticulous. A+ for you.
You are people focused. You get a kick out of making everything work behind the scenes to create an incredible experience for people. You have a strong commitment to delivering customer service for your team and are patient, level headed and cool under pressure.
You are self—assured. You write well. You speak eloquently. You know who the right person to answer someone’s query is and you’re comfortable communicating at all levels.
