The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Qube Team in Picton assisting with administrative support and perform specific and general administrative duties.

Role Type: Full Time. This is a Local role ONLY.

Key responsibilities:

Onboarding of new staff, Drivers, Operators, and sub-contractors
Co ordinating with Site Trainers and Fleet Control for training and client inductions of new staff and sub-contractor drivers.
Maintain site training Matrix ensuring Qube and client inductions and VoC’s are kept current.
Maintaining staff HR and training files.
Liaising with client training departments and maintaining client induction platforms
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
Site PPE clothing management and ordering.
MSIC processing by way of VERITAS app.
Data entry and general admin as required.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following.

Previous experience as an Administrator within a logistics, resources, construction, or similar industry (particularly in a site-based role) would be highly regarded.
High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines and deliver results
Professional interpersonal and organisational skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team and build relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
