Core Dental offers boutique dentistry of the highest quality. Visiting specialists lend extra support and there is a strong mentorship program across the group. Our clinicians are encouraged to perform the full scope of dentistry, including substantial Invisalign and CEREC treatments, and are comprehensively supported through internal CPD education.

We are seeking an energetic Dental Assistant with a strong customer service background to join the team on a full-time basis at our Berwick clinic. We are looking for a full-time candidate who is available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and a 1-2 Saturdays a month, and enjoys working in Paediatrics specifically.

What you need for this role:

2+ years experience working as a Dental Assistant, preferably experience in Paediatrics and GA's.
Experience and knowledge of infection control standards.
Demonstrated knowledge of the management of the steri room and changeover processes.
Knowledge of stock control and reception tasks.
The ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple practitioners.

Desired Qualities:

Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Experience and/or interest in working with Paediatric Dentists.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work.
Bubbly, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive clinic atmosphere.
Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with CareStack is highly desirable but not essential).

Prior dental experience is essential. Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience within the industry. This position holds the opportunity for future growth and professional development.
