AlphaCare Services is expanding into Allied Health, and we're looking for experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community.
Whether you're looking to supplement your existing caseload or gradually build one, we'll provide the flexibility, administrative support and collaborative environment you need to focus on delivering high quality care.
What We Offer
- Competitive contractor rates based on the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements
- Occupational Therapist - $116.39 per billable hour
- Speech Pathologists – $116.39 per billable hour
- Physiotherapists - $110.39 per billable hour
- Psychologists - $151.79 per billable hour
- Behaviour support practitioner - $151.79
- Flexible workload with no minimum caseload or KPI requirements
- Choose your own availability and preferred service areas
- Community-based work across Melbourne
- Referrals matched to your clinical experience and areas of interest where possible
- Administrative support including referrals, intake, service agreements and invoicing
- Clinical documentation templates and resources
- Operational support with NDIS processes, compliance and participant management
- Collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Annual CPR renewal and three-yearly First Aid recertification provided for active clinicians
- Opportunity to grow alongside a newly established Allied Health division within an established NDIS provider
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced:
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Pathologists
- Physiotherapists
- Psychologists
- Behaviour Support Practitioners
who enjoy working independently while remaining connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Experience working within the NDIS is highly regarded but not essential.
Essential Requirements
Applicants will require:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in their respective discipline
- Current registration with AHPRA (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Psychology), full registration with Speech Pathology Australia, or registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist) with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- Current ABN
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, documentation and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently within community settings
- Full Australian working rights
